Premium Semigloss is a super sharp and presents with a beautiful and briliant "full gamit" of color. For the same reasons, some painters choose this media for its sharp and detailed rendition of paintings. Black and white prints are also beautiful on this media. We can print a neutral B&W or we can simulate the "old fashond" chemical toning techniques., like sepia, selinum, warm or cool toning. These prints are made at 1440 or 2800 DPI. (Add 20% for 2880 DPI) Set up fee includes up to 2 proof prints on Premium Semigloss paper, additional proofs (with adjustments) are $15. This media looks best when museum mounted on 4 ply rag, please ask for quote for mounting and matting. If you want white boarders around your print add the boarder size to the image size to figure the size print to order. This paper should be dried in either open air of between acid free cover sheets for 48 hours before framing. We are still testing this media with our acrylic UV varnish to see if it is compatible so right now we do not offer coatings. Proof prints will arrive with notes about printer settings and other terms written on them and are for the approval process only, not for exhibition. The final proof becomes a BAT (bon a tirer) and is the property of Giclee4artists.After the BAT print is approved and a print run is ordered, The actual signed BAT must be in our possession for the printing process to begin. When an ""Edition*" of 12+ or more is ordered within one year , the BAT proof print and an archival gold CD will be kept in a darkstorage archive (included in the price) and no setup fee will be required for subsequent editions .
